XDSL redefines its SLAs, simplifying the fine print and adding ‘service experience’ guarantees - a first for SA. XDSL, an Internet Service Provider (ISP), co-location and hosting specialist, has launched a new Service Level Agreement (SLA) structure that demystifies and simplifies the fine print for customers.

 

Case Study: Pepsico trials XDSL fibre, likes what it gets. In early 2013, Simba identified the need for additional bandwidth to connect to Pepsico globally. It approached XDSL to pilot their superfast broadband fibre offering which had, at the time, just been announced. XDSL proposed fibre optic connectivity – a 17Mbps line burstable to 25Mbps.
